About Me: Frankie Sailer
My name is Frankie Sailer and I am a senior at Syracuse University pursuing a dual degree in Marketing Management at The Whitman School of Management and Public Relations at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, as well as a minor in Psychology. Beyond the classroom, I take advantage of a variety of different leadership and community engagement opportunities on Syracuse University's campus.​
On campus, I am involved in a variety of different activities. I am the senior editor of Baked Magazine, Newhouse's award winning food publication. On top of that, I am a tour guide for the Syracuse University admissions department, and during my senior year, I have transitioned into the elevated role of Admissions Senior Intern, where my responsibilities include interviewing current high school seniors interested in attending SU. Beyond that, I am an employee of the Newhouse CAGE for the past three years, a Global Ambassador for the Syracuse University Abroad Center and a council member of The Forever Orange Student Alumni Council. Since February 2020, I have also served as one of W2O Group's Student Ambassadors for the 2020-2021 school year (opportunity was extended due to COVID complications). This fall, I was also selected to serve as The Social Media Director for Deconstructing the Divide, which is a highly collaborative project that examines the past, present and future of racial inequality and its effects in the Upstate New York area.

During the Fall of 2019, I had the incredible opportunity to spend four months abroad studying at the Syracuse University London Center and traveling all throughout Europe. I was able to travel to thirteen different countries and ended my stay by receiving the Professor's Award for Academic Achievement, awarded to one student who showed academic excellence in the classroom throughout the semester. I found a love for travel, history and trip planning. Check out some shots my past travels, and more importantly, my past eats!

While I thoroughly enjoy my wide range of involvement, I also understand the importance and make it a point to complete each role thoughtfully and to the best of my ability.
